Who I Am
Hi, I'm Meghan Hebert- a grief coach,yoga teacher and founder of Reclaiming Joy Yoga and Grief Coaching.
My work was born from my own experience with loss. Grief reshaped my life in ways I never expected, and along the way I learned that healing isn't about “getting over” what happened - it's about learning to live gently with it, to breathe again, and to rediscover moments of peace and joy.
Through yoga, mindfullness, and compassionate coaching. I found tools that helped me navigate my own grief and begin to reclaim a sense of wholeness. Now, I'm honored to share those same tools with others.

Each of these practices supports my mission: to offer a safe, understanding space where you can rest, release, and begin to heal - one breath at a time.
