That quote resonated with me very deeply and it sums up exactly my mission while teaching my practice. I want to be a guide for you on your journey to healing. Joy and peace is a right you were born with and circumstances of life can make it seem like it has been taken from you. You are not the bad things that you have done or that have been done to you and you can reclaim your joy and light that is and will always be with you.
